Abstract
We report a case of transitional cell carcinoma of the anterior male urethra. Unlike squamous cell carcinoma of the anterior urethra, which usually requires partial penectomy, transitional cell carcinoma of this location can be managed with conservative local resection and preservation of the penis. Possible explanations for the origin of this lesion are discussed.Entities:
