Abstract
A leiomyoma of the prostate presented as an encrusted intravesical mass on excretory urography. A prostatic leiomyoma usually is benign and is relatively rare with only 41 cases reported previously. Surgical and pathological findings and differential diagnosis are presented.Entities:
