E Shalev, H Zuckerman, I Rizescu.

Abstract

A case is presented of a patient with xanthogranulomatous pseudotumor in the pelvic region. The pseudotumor was probably the result of inflammatory reaction in both tubes and in the uterine cavity, with pyometra. The condition is very rare and only 5 cases could be found in the literature.
