Abstract
Presented here is an unusual case of extrinsic biliary obstruction due to a mass caused by xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis, in itself a rare disease, of the right kidney. This phenomenon has not been described previously in the literature, and it should be brought to the attention of practitioners as another possible cause of biliary disease.Entities:
