Abstract
Spontaneous pneumothorax secondary to bronchogenic carcinoma is an unusual occurrence. Reported here is a patient with adenocarcinoma of the lung whose presenting symptom was spontaneous pneumothorax. A brief review of the literature is presented.Entities:
