Abstract
The large cell acanthoma of Pinkus (1970) is a variety of actinic keratosis. It is characterized by extraordinary large cells with polyploidy. Out of 1027 actinic keratoses and 3241 seborrhoic keratoses, 4 cases of LCA could be found at the Department of Dermatology of the University of Cologne.Entities:
