Abstract
Severe hypertension and its complications are unusual in Conn's syndrome. A case of primary hyperaldosteronism in a patient presenting with subarachnoid haemorrhage complicated by severe hypertension is documented. In addition, the value of quantitative selenocholesterol isotope uptake studies and computed tomography in the localization of aldosterone-producing adrenal adenomas is stressed.Entities:
