Abstract
Squamous-cell carcinoma involving the upper lip grows more rapidly and is more difficult to control than squamous-cell carcinoma of the lower lip. The lesion usually is histologically more undifferentiated than squamous-cell carcinoma of the lower lip and metastases develop earlier. A case report of a patient with a squamous-cell carcinoma in an upper lip with regional metastases is presented and illustrated.Entities:
