Abstract
A 29-year-old female with transposition of the great arteries, single ventricle, a small open ductus arteriosus and a mild aortic incompetence experienced two successful pregnancies without major complications. The benign course of pregnancy is attributed to the relatively low pulmonary vascular resistance and to the fact that the patient has not yet developed an Eisenmenger syndrome.Entities:
