Abstract
Neurons of the pars reticulata of the substantia nigra were activated antidromically by stimulating pontine reticular formation, superior colliculus and thalamus. Many nigral neurons (42.6%) were activated antidromically from pontine reticular formation ipsilaterally and about a half of them had branching axons to superior colliculus and/or thalamus.Mesh:
