Abstract
A case is presented of a female patient with Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome in whom controlled arterial hypotension was required for the clipping of a posterior communicating artery aneurysm. The anaesthetic management is described, and the authors discuss the use of diverse drugs, based on the data provided by the electrophysiological study.Entities:
