Abstract
This report describes 21 cases of isolated paralysis of the axillary nerve. Six patients, in whom the nerve was in continuity, were treated by neurolysis. Fifteen patients with transections required nerve grafts, as direct suture was impossible. The anatomy and operative approach are presented and the results shown. The quality of recovery underscores the value of treatment in such injuries.Entities:
