Abstract
A patient with bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy due to sarcoidosis presented with erythema nodosum on the shins and upper arms and an unusual annular eruption resembling erythema annulare centrifugum on the head and neck. Biopsy of the latter showed a leucocytoclastic angiitis.Entities:
