Abstract

The reproducibility of the cellular composition in multiple fine needle aspirates from human malignant tumors was investigated by means of single cell and flow DNA-cytophotometry. The results indicate that the DNA-distribution patterns in multiple aspirates from the same tumor are more or less identical.
