Community-based rehabilitation in the service area of Stikland Hospital--the problem defined.

A tentative study was made of the rehabilitation potential of Coloured schizophrenic patients receiving disability grants in the service area of Stikland Hospital. The results suggest a considerable need for rehabilitation facilities and services in the community, both in the work and general social spheres.
