Computer-assisted DNA length measurements from electron micrographs with special reference to partial denaturation mapping.

Abstract

A convenient semi-automatic procedure is described for the measurement, manipulation and display of electron microscopic partial denaturation data. Preliminary work on a completely automatic system is also discussed.
