Abstract
This report is the first described case of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder metastatic to the female breast. The patient is a 42-year-old woman who underwent radical cystectomy three months prior to presentation with two asymptomatic right breast masses as the first evidence of widely metastatic bladder carcinoma. The mode of presentation is similar to that seen with other tumors metastatic to the breast and requires the clinician and pathologist to be able to distinguish this diagnosis from primary breast carcinoma.Entities:
