Abstract
Kaposi's sarcoma occurred in a 65-year-old Mexican woman who had been treated for dermatomyositis with prednisone for 2 1/2 years and with azathioprine for four months. Kaposi's sarcoma, a malignant neoplasm not usually associated with dermatomyositis, may be a consequence of immunosuppressive therapy in this patient.Entities:
