Millin's retropubic prostatectomy. A clinical study.

Abstract

On the basis of two series of retropubic Millin's prostatectomies (426 operations) the value of this method of approach is evaluated. The retropubic procedure seems to offer the best chance for a smooth postoperative course when an open operation is needed.
