Abstract
A new method for differential blood counts using pre-stained slides showed it to be suitable for routine use. To differentiate white blood cells the same experience was needed as for conventional stainings. Normal and abnormal blood pictures can be reliably distinguished. The particular advantage of the method is in the simple preparation of the smear and in avoiding the need for time-consuming staining.Mesh：
