Abstract
Early (stage I) carcinoma of the endometrium is increasing in frequency. Outpatient diagnostic methods play a role in this increase. Prognostic factors such as histologic grade, uterine size, myometrial invasion, age, lymph node involvement, and cervical spread are important in determining five-year survival. Therapeutic options for early-stage disease are discussed.Entities:
