Abstract
A comparison of the capacity to detect antibody titers to rubella virus was made between the complement-dependent cell lysis (CDCL) assay and the hemagglutination inhibition (HAI) test. Titers detected by CDCL assay correlated with the HAI test. Although the CDCL assay was less convenient to conduct, it proved to be more sensitive than the HAI test.Entities:
