[Laryngeal and tracheal stenoses (author's transl)].

Following the recent literature and our clinical experiences we try to present a review of the most common reasons, the pathogenetic factors, and the preferred localisation of laryngeal and tracheal stenoses. We offer a therapeutic concept corresponding with our experimental findings and discuss the different surgical techniques as well as the clinical results we obtained.
