Abstract
The use of thiotriphosphates as a means of analyzing in vitro initiation products of adenovirus-infected cells is demonstrated for the RNA polymerase III transcript VA-RNA. Results suggest its usefulness in discriminating between adenosine- or guanosine-initiated transcripts and in selecting the 5'-oligonucleotide.Entities:
