Abstract
Escherichia coli cells made permeable with a hypotonic tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane buffer utilized exogenous deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates to perform semiconservative replication. The rate of replication was the same as in cells made permeable with toluene or sucrose.Entities:
