Abstract
Occasional patients have multiple, branch artery occlusions of the aortic arch that preclude any of the standard extrathoracic bypass grafts. We recently treated such a patient with carotid-carotid bypass and found it to be remarkably simple and effective. This article describes the technical details of this procedure and suggests its future applications.Entities:
