Abstract
An asymptomatic immunosuppressed renal transplant patient presented with diffuse alveolar infiltrates on a routine chest roentgenogram. An open lung biopsy revealed changes compatible with metastatic pulmonary calcification. The etiology, pathogenesis, and diagnostic approach to this rare disorder are discussed.Entities:
