Abstract
A statistically significant association of clinical rheumatoid vasculitis (excluding nodules or nail-fold infarcts only) with the HLA B8 DR3 phenotype was found when comparing 30 patients with vasculitis with 84 classic or definite rheumatoid patients without clinical vasculitis. The previously reported association on HLA DR4 with rheumatoid disease was also confirmed.Entities:
