An unusual case of primary arteriocolic fistula.

Abstract

A case is presented of lower digestive bleeding, caused by a fistula between a right iliac artery aneurysm and the sigmoid colon. Particular aspects of this unusual fistula are discussed from a diagnostic and therapeutic point of view.
