Abstract
In a patient with partially shunted obstructive hydrocephalus from a third ventricular astrocytoma, metrizamide ventriculography combined with computerized tomography demonstrated spontaneous ventriculocisternostomy with passage of contrast material from the atrium into the choroid fissure and posterior subarachnoid space.Entities:
