Abstract
A case of gastrointestinal hemorrhage from a splenic artery pseudoaneurysm secondary to chronic pancreatitis with bleeding into the pancreatic duct is reported. This rare phenomenon known as hemoductal pancreatitis represents a diagnostic dilemma since bleeding is intermittent and the source of hemorrhage may not be appreciated at either angiography or surgery.Entities:
