Abstract
In this study we examined survival after coronary bypass surgery in patients with three-vessel disease. First, survival data were analyzed from selected of patients who had a poor prognosis without surgery; second, data were analyzed in subsets classified by severity of disease. The data strongly suggest that patients with three-vessel disease, especially patient with a poor medical prognosis, benefit from coronary bypass surgery.Entities:
