Abstract
Latex particles coated with human IgA were used to detect the presence in human blood of lymphocytes capable of binding IgA. It was necessary to culture the lymphocytes in medium without IgA before the assay. A small percentage of both T and non-T cells had IgA receptors. The receptors were distinct from those binding to IgG or IgM.Entities:
