Abstract
Massive hemorrhage as a sequela of chronic pancreatitis may originate from many sources. This report documents a rare case of communication between the pancreatic ductal system and a pseudoaneurysm of the splenic artery. The multidisciplinary management of this unusual case required the combined expertise of the endoscopist, radiologist and surgeon.Entities:
