Abstract
A case of an apparently primary PML in a 57-ys-old female is reported. The first neurological symptoms appeared about one year before death. The hematological abnormalities observed only during the last two months of life, at postmortem examination, were found to fit the criteria of the preleukemic syndromes.Entities:
