Abstract
Five patients developed vitamin K-related abnormalities in blood coagulation during treatment with parenteral cephalosporin or cephamycin antibiotics. All the patients had significantly impaired renal function and complicated medical problems. The coagulation defect was corrected with vitamin K therapy.Entities:
