Abstract
The features of two cases of central odontogenic fibroma are presented and the literature is reviewed. Controversial issues surrounding this neoplasm are discussed. The cases presented here include the oldest reported patient with this neoplasm and the first instance of its occurrence at a maxillary site. Treatment and follow-up information emphasize the benign nature and slow growth of these lesions.Entities:
