Abstract
Leukaemic infiltration of the petrous temporal bone is uncommon with with improved remission rates and longer survival in leukaemia isolated sites of relapse can be expected more frequently. Mastoid chloroma requires treatment with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Wide-field mastoidectomy and facial nerve decompression are contraindicated.Entities:
