Abstract
A case of leiomyosarcoma of the anterior maxillary alveolar ridge, including ultrastructural examination findings, in a 39-year-old woman is reported. The patient was clinically free of tumor 34 months later. The twenty-three previously reported cases of oral leiomyosarcoma are reviewed briefly.Entities:
