Abstract
Bilateral upper limb oedema due to lymphatic obstruction, is an uncommon complication of rheumatoid arthritis (R. A.). We report a case in which a 40 year old male with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis developed gross pitting oedema of the left arm. Lymphangiography showed lymphatic obstruction in both arms; within two months the right arm also became oedematous.Entities:
