Abstract
A group of 50 patients is presented to discuss this clinical entity. Late onset of squint. Sometimes accompanied by diplopia, normal retinal correspondence, absence of serious sensorial and refractional defects are the characteristics. Differential diagnosis is discussed. Early operation together with prisms is the treatment of choice. A real cure can be achieved in these cases.Entities:
