Involuntary ureteral micturition resulting from the ectopic opening of the single ureter into the urethra.

A Borówka, A Witeska.

Abstract

The ectopic opening of the single ureter is a rare developmental defect of the urinary system. The authors present a case of the opening displacement of the single ureter to the urethra resulting in ureteral micturition. The successful treatment is a result of the transplantation of the ureter into the bladder.
