Abstract
Reported in this paper are three patients with malignant lymphoma. The first case is a low-grade lymphoma of the ovary, the second a low-grade lymphoma in the retroperitoneal region, and the third metastasis in both adnexae, resulting from high-grade lymphoma with primary location in the stomach. The disease was detected only in advanced stage in all three cases. Only in the third patient could the primary tumour be removed, owing to its more readily accessible location, with the adnexal metastases being removed one year later. The issues relating to malignant lymphoma in the region of the female genital tract are discussed, with reference being made to relevant literature.Entities:
