Abstract
A case of malignant hemangioendothelioma of the spleen is reported. Light and electron microscopic evidence suggests that the tumor is a neoplastic proliferation of the two cell types, one resembling the "sinus endothelial" cell of the normal spleen, and the other resembling the "fixed reticular cell" of splenic red pulp.Entities:
