Abstract
Classical Wegener's granulomatosis is a relentlessly progressive and rapidly fatal disease. A pulmonary 'limited form' is associated with a much better prognosis. We report 3 cases of Wegener's granulomatosis which ran a prolonged indolent course despite major manifestations outside the lower respiratory tract and review the literature on survival.Entities:
