Spontaneous disappearance of an atypical Hürthle cell adenoma.

Abstract

An easily palpable 5.5 X 2.3 cm nonfunctioning nodule that was diagnosed as an atypical Hürthle cell adenoma on cytologic study disappeared completely in less than one month without benefit of any treatment.
