Abstract
A case of gastric retention caused by gallstones (Bouveret's syndrome) is reported. One of the two causal stones was lodged in the pylorus and the other in the cap of the duodenum. Preoperatively a fistula was demonstrated between the gallbladder and the pylorus. The clinical and roentgenologic findings are described. The diagnosis of Bouveret's syndrome can be established by gastroscopy.Entities:
