Spontaneous pneumothorax in pregnancy: a case report and review of the literature.

Abstract

A 19-year-old primigravida at term presented with bilateral, spontaneous pneumothorax. The maternal and infant outcomes were successful. The impact on pregnancy is discussed, and suggestions are made for obstetric management.
