Abstract
A prospective gross anatomic study of the elements that permit correction of torsion of the penis is presented. Torsion most frequently is corrected by reflection of the skin and dartos tunic only. In some cases resection of Buck's fascia will provide correction. Careful alignment of the skin during closure gives an excellent cosmetic result even when the torsion is not corrected by reflection of the penile investments.Entities:
