Abstract
Two cases of non-familial hemiplegic migraine are described. Naloxone reversed the neurological deficits accompanying attacks, whereas the pain was uninfluenced. The possibility that the opiate-antagonist naloxone facilitates regression of neurological symptoms associated with migraine attacks in general is voiced.Entities:
